Terms and Conditions for AltusLogic Software

1. Intellectual Property and Copyright

All software developed by AltusLogic is protected under intellectual property and copyright laws. Unless otherwise stated in a specific contract, AltusLogic retains full ownership of the software, including its source code, architecture, and documentation.

2. Software Usage

In the absence of a signed development contract:

• Configured software is neither transferable nor modifiable.
• Reselling, redistributing, or modifying the software without prior written authorization from AltusLogic is strictly prohibited.
• Reverse engineering, decompilation, and disassembly are strictly forbidden.

3. License of Use

AltusLogic software is provided under a restricted usage license. No intellectual property rights transfer is made unless explicitly stated in a contract.

4. Integrity and Evolution of the Software

AltusLogic software is developed according to strict standards of performance, security, usability, and compatibility. AltusLogic retains the exclusive right to determine the evolution and updates of its software.

For the purposes of external audits or other specific needs, AltusLogic may provide access to previous versions of the source code. However, this access does not grant any rights of ownership or modification to the recipient. Any suggested changes based on such access will be reviewed solely at the discretion of AltusLogic. The company reserves the right to accept or reject any proposed modifications without obligation to provide justification.

5. Support and Maintenance

Maintenance and technical support services may be provided under a specific contract. In the absence of such a contract, AltusLogic does not guarantee software updates or bug fixes.

6. Liability and Warranty

• AltusLogic does not guarantee the absence of bugs or anomalies.
• The company is not responsible for any damages resulting from the use of the software outside the agreed conditions.

7. Changes to Terms

AltusLogic reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will take effect upon publication on the company’s website.
